Freakonomics is an attempt to make a layman understand behavioral economics. To that end, it is a decent read.

Infact, if you had both of these qualities and a bit of curiosity, chances are you don’t need to read this book because none of these concepts will be ground-breaking or game-changing. You even have the author agreeing with me on this.
